Nice beachfront location. Free parking. Good associated bar restaurant over the road. A few other eateries near by. Indoor pool which we didn’t use.

Even though it is in Middletown, it is minutes from downtown Newport. The suite is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is truly worth it. Microwave oven and refrigerator make it even better. The pool is in the Main Building which is not convenient for guests staying in Building #2. Food at Tickets Bar and Grille are delicious and reasonably priced. Parking is for one car only but free and convenient. Free coffee available all day. Very enjoyable. Would definitely visit again when the price is right.

The room was moderately spaced. The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The bathroom was well lit light I like it so that I can put on my makeup. The location of this hotel was perfect because it was near the beach and close to the downtown Newport area.

Very clean! The housekeeping staff does an outstanding job...please let them know. Bed was very comfortable. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Enjoyed the rooftop! Excellent location!

The room was very comfortable with two full standard beds that were extremely comfortable and clean. We did not use the pool, but the kids who were in, seemed very happy. Everything was great. The distance from the mansions were about 6 to 7 minutes.

It has a little trolley that’s really useful with young children with lots of suitcases. The lounge and sun deck are a great addition. We used it to have snacks with the kids. In addition, complementary coffee and tea from 6 am- 12 pm. Washer and dryer are available for 2.50$/each. Within a 3 minute walk to Easton Beach. Cleaning staff is impeccable. Room decent size. Table, microwave and mini fridge included.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it's a short walk to the beach, cliff walk and gas station with store. The pool is great and has comfortable chairs around the pool where you can relax after a swim. Pool provides towels. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel and pool area is very clean.

Loved the services and staff for a basic hotel. More than expected. Loved the coffee in the game room on the second floor. But I am not sure all guests know about it. Practically on the beach. And Tickets, the associated restaurant, is excellent.
